Withdrawal Rules:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
- Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the deposit

04 Betting Rules & Market Policy
The following rules apply when placing bets on okbaazi. Additional rules may apply depending on the market for each sport.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets will be refunded
- Bets will be voided if the result lands exactly on the Over/Under line
- Okbaazi reserves the right to cancel bets if incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error
- For scorer-based markets, the official result is considered final
Live Betting Rules:
- Odds in live betting may change at any time
- If odds change after a bet is submitted, the odds at the time of submission will apply
- Okbaazi is not responsible for bets that fail to submit due to network issues
- Significant odds shifts following a penalty or red card are a normal part of the game
Maximum Payout Limit:
- The maximum payout from a single bet is subject to a specified limit
- Separate payout limits apply for accumulator bets
- VIP members benefit from higher payout limits
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Okbaazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully.
Welcome Bonus:
- New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000)
- A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for a bonus
- Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 5x–10x)
- Bonuses are valid for 30 days — if the conditions are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited
- A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person or household
General Bonus Policy:
- When using a bonus on accumulator bets, minimum odds of 1.50 per selection apply
- Two different bonuses cannot be used at the same time
- Bonuses are for betting use only — they cannot be withdrawn directly

06 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

Strictly Prohibited: Participating in match-fixing, account hacking, bot usage, money laundering, or any other fraudulent activity.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Accessing the platform from restricted regions via VPN or proxy
- Using software or bots to arbitrage odds
- Exploiting bonus terms for unfair advantage (Bonus Abuse)
- Betting using funds from a third party
- Unauthorized access attempt to okbaazi's system
- Betting involving match-fixing or the use of insider information
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately, the full balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
07 Responsible Gaming Policy
Okbaazi believes betting should be a form of entertainment and never a source of harm. We are committed to fostering a responsible gaming culture.
- Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
